We want every dollar you spend with us to feel well spent. Because our games are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, refunds are processed by those stores rather than by us directly — but here’s exactly how to get one.
App Store (iOS)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy the game.
- Choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason, select the game, and submit.
- Apple normally decides within 24–48 hours and refunds to your original payment method.
Google Play (Android)
- Within 48 hours of purchase: open your order history at play.google.com, find the game, and choose “Request a refund.” These are usually granted automatically.
- After 48 hours: refunds are still possible at Google’s discretion — use the “Report a problem” option on the order, and mention any technical issue you hit.
If the store says no
If you bought a game that genuinely doesn’t work on your device and the store declined your refund, email support@technatin.com with your order number. We can’t reverse a store’s decision, but we’ll do our best to fix the technical problem — and we’d rather make it right than keep a frustrated player’s dollar.
What we can’t do
- We can’t issue refunds directly — we never receive your payment details, so we have no way to send money back ourselves.
- We can’t transfer a purchase between the App Store and Google Play; they are separate stores with separate accounts.
